to the Heart of Relationships
From the mountains of Switzerland to boardrooms and family tables around the world, Mary Malone’s journey has been defined by one constant; her unwavering belief that people can change, grow, and reconnect with purpose when they are truly seen and understood.
Raised in a home marked by alcohol abuse, drug dependency, mental instability, and constant strife, Mary learned early what chaos can do to a family, and what peace can restore. Out of that pain grew her greatest desire: to build a home and a life filled with peace, stability, and love. That desire has been fulfilled in her own family today, and it fuels her mission to help others experience the same transformation.
For many years, even before she was married, Mary carried a deep passion for helping others restore what had been broken. She worked closely with youth and families to rebuild relationships marked by trust and understanding, and helped countless women rediscover their personal identity and worth. This early work became the foundation for her life’s mission: guiding people toward peace, purpose, and lasting connection.
Breaking Barriers, Building Trust
Educated in Switzerland, Mary completed multiple apprenticeships and holds a range of professional certifications that reflect her lifelong commitment to excellence and personal mastery. But her story didn’t begin in the classroom. It began on the field.
As a young coach, Mary broke barriers and expectations alike by leading a men’s soccer team to an unprecedented 22-match undefeated season — the first woman in Switzerland to achieve such a record. That experience taught her something vital: leadership isn’t about control; it’s about trust, respect, and vision. Those same principles now anchor her approach to coaching couples and individuals in their most personal arenas, their relationships and their purpose.
Beyond the Field: Coaching, Mentorship, and Mission
Mary’s influence quickly expanded beyond sports. She went on to train and mentor leaders in several countries, helping them refine their character, communication, and culture. She has guided entrepreneurs in founding and launching successful businesses throughout Switzerland, always with a focus on clarity, integrity, and human connection.
Her heart for people led her to spend a year in Canada, volunteering as an understudy in an organization dedicated to strengthening relationships. There, she deepened her understanding of the human spirit; how trust, empathy, and presence can heal what ambition or success alone cannot.
In 2016, Mary founded and directed a non-profit organization in Canton Aargau, Switzerland, one that continues to change lives to this day. Her work has been a consistent reflection of her belief that peace is possible, and that purpose is often rediscovered when we realign our hearts and our homes.
