1. Nature of Services

Affluent Relations provides coaching, consulting, and advisory services for individuals and couples. Our programs are designed to foster emotional, relational, and personal growth. These services are not psychological, psychiatric, or medical treatment and should not be construed as such. Participants acknowledge that all outcomes depend on their own actions, decisions, and engagement.

2. Confidentiality

All personal and session information shared within the coaching relationship is treated as confidential and may only be disclosed to AR team members or affiliates directly involved in service delivery, except as required by law or with your express written consent.

3. Fees and Payments

Service fees, retainers, and installment payments must be paid in accordance with your signed coaching agreement or invoice. Failure to remit payment when due may result in the suspension of services. All payments are non-refundable except where prohibited by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

Affluent Relations and its agents make no guarantees of success or specific outcomes. Because clients retain full autonomy and decision-making authority, AR assumes no responsibility for any actions, decisions, or results arising from coaching engagements.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement and all services provided shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue shall lie in Palm Beach County, Florida.

6. Updates

AR reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be reflected on this webpage with a revised effective date.
